• Rumer Willis, dining with pal (and Twilight star) Christian Serratos and friends at Bagatelle in New York's Meatpacking District. "Rumer loved the risotto," an onlooker tells us. The group shared a cheese plate, a shrimp-and-avocado salad, and other appetizers while head-bobbing along to the deejay's set. "She had her arms in the air when the deejay played 'Ain't No Mountain High Enough,' " the source says.
• Paris Hilton, bumping into Taryn Manning at the Gavert Atelier Salon in Beverly Hills. The two giggled and caught up before making plans to hang out soon, a source tells us.
• New BFFs? Hayden Panettiere and Katy Perry, partying together at Hollywood club h.wood. They hung out all night at a VIP table by the dancefloor. "They were giggling, whispering, dancing and lip synching to the music," says an onlooker.
• A few nights earlier at h.wood, newly single Nick Lachey had a guys' night out with good pal Matt Leinart. "Nick was surrounded by girls," says an onlooker. The singer sipped vodka and was "definitely in good spirits," the onlooker says.
