"There is no truth to this – at all," says O'Donnell's rep.
Reports have surfaced that the couple, who got married in 2004 and have four children together, split up a few months ago and have been living separately.
"This is ridiculous," says the rep. "I get this rumor every time Rosie travels for work. Right now she is on tour with Cyndi Lauper."
O'Donnell, 47, and Carpenter, 42, "are raising four children – together," adds the rep.
