"Taylor has made me so happy. I didn't know I could be that happy,” says Gomez in September's Seventeen magazine, on sale Aug. 11. "He's a great guy. But I'm 100 percent single, and I'm going keep it that way for a while."
In April, the couple, both 17, were spotted hanging out together in Vancouver while each of them filmed separate movies. Gomez was working on Beezus and Ramona, while Lautner shot New Moon.
"I went to Vancouver thinking I was going to focus on my work, but instead I got to meet him, and it ended up being the best thing ever," she says about her time with Lautner.
