The star, 40, makes the modest claim in the September issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, on newsstands Aug. 11 – and declares that she likes to eat at home, too. And she seldom dines alone.
"Her friends are in and out all the time," says Jewels Elmore, who, with her sister Jill, works as Aniston's private chef. "Jen's a homebody. It's been so much fun to create a place where everybody feels comfortable, like one big family."
"She makes a place where people want to come and hang out," adds frequent dinner guest, the jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer.
As for what's on the menu, "I used to hate fish," says Aniston, "but one day Jewels handed me this thing, and I tasted it."
