The beach ceremony was held in front of about 75 guests, including Hollywood pals Don Johnson, Carlos Mencia and Geraldo Rivera.
The groom, in an Armani suit, came down the aisle to the tune of the Cheech & Chong hit "Earache My Eye." His bride, who wore a stunning white gown by Amy Michaelson and jewelry by Kazanjian Bros., walked down the aisle to "Here Comes the Bride" followed by two bridemaids and one flower girl during the 30-minute ceremony.
Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa officiated the short civil ceremony. Rubin's 13-year-old son Max played with his band for the ceremony.
The wedding, which featured floral arrangements inspired by the couple's new rose garden, was planned by Cassandra Santor and her team at Beautiful Day: Wedding Planning Made Simple.
The couple became engaged in February after dating for 4½ years.
