"We do everything together," says Smirnoff, 31, who got engaged to Chmerkovskiy, 29, on New Year's Eve.
Everything? Yes, even the gym. "Sometimes we workout together, but it's hard, though, because we get very competitive," she says with a laugh. "He's a Capricorn. I'm a Capricorn. We'll swim together or do Bikram yoga or go to the gym and get a great workout I get competetive with him and then the next day its like, 'Ooh, I'm so sore!' "
Wedding plans for the pair are also well underway. "We're getting married at the Plaza Hotel," Smirnoff says on their pending New York City nuptials. "We're just settling on the date. It's going to be next June because they hardly had any availability!"
And though she admits she's "nervous" about the prospect of becoming a wife, Smirnoff says she has bigger concerns: namely, filling her half of the reception hall. "On my side of the family it's just my mom and my dad," she says, "but Max has a huge family. He is really excited to have a big wedding."
