On the heels of her photo spread in Playboy, Heidi Montag is getting some more exposure.

The Hills star will sing her new single, Body Language, at the Miss Universe pageant later this month – and People.com has a listen of the song, which is also for sale on iTunes.

"I am so excited to perform ... at Miss Universe for my first ever live performance," Montag tells PEOPLE. "This is such a miracle in life and I give thanks to God everyday for this once in a lifetime opportunity."

Miss Universe will be crowned during a live broadcast from Paradise Island in the Bahamas on NBC Aug. 23. Billy Bush and Claudia Jordan will co-host the show. Flo Rida and Kelly Rowland will also perform.

Montag's self-titled album will be released Sept. 29.
