Alexander Skarsgard's True Blood character wants nothing more than some Sookie Stackhouse action, and since it's his real life birthday Tuesday, here's to hoping some wishes do come true!

As 1,000-year-old Eric Northman, a brooding vampire "sheriff," Skarsgard, real age 33, brings a commanding presence to the HBO hit. But that's not all he does. You can also catch him steaming up Lady GaGa's life in her "Paparazzi" video – before his untimely death, that is.
