• Jake Gyllenhaal, shopping hand in hand with Reese Witherspoon, hit Madison, a boutique in Brentwood, Calif. The two were flirty while they browsed the clothes, looking for items for Witherspoon. The actress paid special attention to the ALC collection, but she left without buying anything.
•Kate Hudson staried adoringly across the table at beau Alex Rodriguez while they enjoyed a meal at New York's Serafina Fabulous Grill on the Upper East Side. The two snagged a table by the window and were dressed casually for the rainy day. Says an onlooker, "they look[ed] happy, comfortable and very much in love!"
• Hugh Jackman, leaving the first preview performance of A Steady Rain on Broadway with wife Deborra-Lee Furness from the stage door at the Schoenfeld Theater. Jackman stopped to signed autographs for fans and waved to the crowd before driving away in a waiting SUV.
• Rumer Willis and boyfriend Micah Alberti dropped by the new Nine Zero One Salon in L.A., where Willis got her favorite braided up do and "was in a great mood," a source says.
• New couple alert? Emmy Rossum, enjoying some PDA and guacamole during a romantic dinner with Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz at Dos Caminos SoHo. According to a source the two, who ended their meal with chocolate fondue, were "very affectionate with each other." A rep for the actress would not comment on Rossum's personal life.
