She's been busy! Lost star Sonya Walger has a new show, ABC's FlashForward, premiering Thursday – and a new marriage.

"I got married six weeks ago," Walger, 35, said at the BAFTA LA’s 7th Annual TV Tea Party. "It's just a sweet thing. I haven't got a better word for it. It's an enormous amount of sweetness."

The actress wed screenwriter Davey Holmes in July in front of 100 guests. The best part, she says, was the ceremony's low-key nature.

"I felt very unstressed on my wedding day," she says. "I'm very grateful for that ... spending the day on my own, being super quiet and happy and just puttering around doing my own thing."

Walger and her husband also kept things casual – and musical – at their rehearsal dinner.

"We had a Beatles karaoke band," she says, confessing that it was impossible to pick a favorite tune from the Beatles catalog. "I love the ones that I can sing so it tends to be like 'Michelle' and 'Norwegian Wood' because I can sing them."
