Caught in the Act!

• Engaged True Blood stars Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin, grabbing a late-night dinner at TAO in Las Vegas, where they feasted on lobster wantons, sushi and sashimi. The two also enjoyed cocktails. "They looked so in love, happy and were having the time of their life," an onlooker says.

• Tony and Eva Longoria Parker, sneaking in the artists' entrance at Paris's Palais des Sports arena, where they caught Mozart: the Rock Opera from the eighth row. Before taking their seats, the two bought some ham and cheese sandwiches, potato chips and sodas from a snack bar. While in Paris, the Desperate Housewives star also made sure to hit up the Gerard Darel boutique, where she bought a brown and white cowhide messenger bag.

• Ashley Tisdale, sneaking kisses and holding hands with boyfriend Scott Speer at the Miley Cyrus show at L.A.'s Staples Center. Before the concert, Tisdale greeted opening act Metro Station, fronted by Cyrus's brother, Trace, and told them to "break a leg."

• George Clooney made it a double date with Elisabetta Canalis and good friends Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber. The couples grabbed drinks at Whiskey Blue at the W Los Angeles-Westwood recently. Earlier that day, Kate Beckinsale grabbed a burger for brunch at the Backyard restaurant with her husband Len and daughter Lily.

• It was a Dancing with the Stars bonanza at The Suite Life: Skybar Emmy Suites, where Mya earned well wishes and some pointers from DWTS alum Stacy Keibler. Also there: new contestant and PEOPLE.com blogger Louie Vito, who picked up some tanning products by Fake Bake, and Cheryl Burke.
