For sale: West Hollywood condo, seconds away from the area's hottest shops, 1,750-square feet, three bedrooms, "uber-chic" and ready for filming for a reality show of your very own.

And did we mention the seller is Kim Kardashian?

"I love my condo, it's beautiful!" she tells PEOPLE. "However, I feel that it's time to move into a home. I will miss it for sure!"

Kardashian, 28, didn't say whether part of her motivation to move might be finding a place that could accommodate both her and her on-again boyfriend, Reggie Bush.

One thing that isn't explicitly mentioned in the real-estate write-up, but that's noticeable in the photos: Kim has hung an arty Marilyn Monroe-esque photo of herself in what appears to be the guest bathroom.
