The two wed in front of friends and family at The Foundry in Long Island City, New York.
In August, the pair said they were aiming for a simple, "medium-sized" wedding, and that Moss, 27, would be wearing a Claire Pettibone dress. "It was actually the only and first designer I ever wanted," said Moss. "I just thought [the dresses] were really beautiful."
It's the second marriage for Armisen, 42, perhaps best known for his impression of President Barack Obama, and the first for Moss. They've been engaged since January.
Whoopi Goldberg first broke news of their nuptials on The View Monday morning.
