BUZZ: Mary-Kate Olsen Not in Wedding Mode

It makes for a nice movie scene – boyfriend pops question over romantic dinner in Paris while ring lies buried in a box of chocolates – but don't be fooled by a supermarket tabloid story that wedding bells will soon ring for Mary-Kate Olsen.

Olsen, who has been dating Nate Lowman since 2008 after they met through mutual friends, is neither engaged nor preparing a prenuptial agreement, despite published reports. "Even though this information continues to be reported as 'fact,' the stories regarding Mary-Kate being engaged are not in any way accurate," Olsen's rep tells PEOPLE.

The actress-design mogul, 23, and her beau have been a fixture on the New York nightlife scene and most recently attended Paris Fashion Week together. She'll next be seen onscreen in Beastly, costarring Neil Patrick Harris and Vanessa Hudgens.
