Meet Jake Gyllenhaal, action hero!
The actor has some superhero-worthy skills in the trailer to Disney's Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, which was released Monday.
The trailer shows a buff Gyllenhaal performing daring acrobatics and dazzling swordplay all over a gorgeous Persian city. He teams up with former Bond girl Gemma Arterton to defeat a villainous Ben Kingsley, who is set on bending the flow of time to his will.
It's a big departure for Gyllenhaal, who's more known for his serious acting than his stuntplay. The film is due out in May, just in time for the big summer movie rush.
