"She was a passenger in a vehicle that was making a turn in West Hollywood around 1 p.m. when a bicyclist hit their car," Sgt. Dave Valentine of the West Hollywood Sheriffs Department said. "It doesn't appear the driver was at fault. She was interviewed as a witness. The bicyclist had minor injuries and refused help from paramedics. The incident is still being investigated."
