• Molly Sims was also enjoying the company of her girlfriends during a recent getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico – but it wasn't all R&R in the sun. The model-actress ventured to the pool at the Esperanza Cabo Resort, where she showed her pals how to synchronize swim. "[She was] even saying how she wanted to be a synchronized swimmer when she was a little girl," a fellow guest tells us.

• Is he sticking to his New Year's resolution? New dad Taye Diggs hit the Equinox in West Hollywood, sporting a long sleeve gray T-shirt and large headphones for his upper body workout. And he wasn't taking it easy according to a fellow gym-goer, who called the Private Practice star "ripped and really intense." On the other side of the gym, rocker Dave Navarro did a furious ab workout.
