"I gained seven pounds of love weight," the TV personality said Thursday in Las Vegas at the Swagg VIP Kid Rock Concert at the Hard Rock Hotel. "I'm not pregnant but I definitely want kids."
Motherhood may happen sooner rather than later, considering she told a radio station she's "not doing anything" to prevent getting pregnant.
"I think because [older sister] Kourtney just had a baby that people are like, okay, either you or Kim has to, and I just got married so it comes natural," she told PEOPLE.
"I'm 25, so if it's supposed to happen, it's going to happen. And if I'm older and it hasn't happened I'm going to be like, all right – let's get this thing going. Right now I'm good," she said.
A child would certainly add another change to Kardashian's life, and there have been a lot of them lately, considering she became a wife and an aunt recently.
And while she says life has changed for the better since marrying L.A. Laker Lamar Odom, she's still getting used to those changes.
"I'm very independent. I'm very spontaneous. Now it's like you gotta clear it with everyone's schedule. That's the only thing I'm not used to. I'm planning for two and it's kind of weird."
