Having just wrapped her nine-month "Circus" tour, Spears is happier—and healthier—than ever with her two sons, Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden, 3, and beau, agent Jason Trawick. "It's hard because we are very busy," she says of her family. "Nothing was ever given to me as a child; I always had to work for everything. Because of that, it makes moments when we are together so special."
