PHOTO: Chris Robinson Steps Out with New Baby

Enjoying a day out with their newborn daughter Cheyenne Genevieve, Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson and wife Allison Bridges were spotted dining at Katsuya in Brentwood on Monday.

The new parents couldn't get enough of their "adorable" baby girl, a source tells PEOPLE. "Both Chris and Allison looked so happy and proud of their little daughter. Cheyenne – who has lots of fuzzy hair – kept sleeping in Allison's arms."

Robinson is also dad to Ryder, 6, his son with ex-wife Kate Hudson.
