Heidi Montag's 10 plastic surgeries are shocking her Hills costars.

Even Brody Jenner's former flame Jayde Nicole thought the number of procedures Montag got in a single day was so high that it wasn't true.

"What the hell? That's physically impossible!" the Playboy playmate told PEOPLE Thursday at the Christiane King Fashion Line Preview. "I thought it was a joke."

She added that she doesn't really understand the 23-year-old's reasons for doing something so drastic. "She was genuinely pretty already, so I don't know why she would want to change herself more," Nicole says.
