Though Valentine's Day is still more than two weeks away, Jamie Kennedy isn't waiting to be loving.

"He's done a bunch of romantic things just because that's who he is," says girlfriend Jennifer Love Hewitt. "It's hard to pick just one."

Kennedy does have something special up his sleeve for Feb. 14, which he plans to celebrate with Hewitt in Massachusetts. Without getting specific, Kennedy, 39, said there would be "a little chocolate, a little roses" involved.

"I'm going to do very good this Valentine's Day," the actor-comedian told PEOPLE Thursday while hosting the Tao-A-Go-Go dance contest at Tao Las Vegas. "You will hear about it."

He will have his work cut out for him, though. Hewitt, 30, clearly knows the definition of her middle name.

"She's the most romantic person you will ever meet," Kennedy said of his girlfriend of nearly a year.
