• Once her hair was pinned in place, Ortega set it with an aerosol hairspray, which added shine and hold but not grease.
• Christina Hendricks's hairstylist, Jen Atkin, first used "a lot of dry shampoo" on the star's tresses "to soak up any moisture."
• Atkin then created long-lasting body by setting Hendricks's hair in rollers, before finishing off with a spritz of volume-enhancing spray.
