>• The onetime college football champ and pro wrestler, 37, shows off his sweetly silly side—again!—in Tooth Fairy.

DOES YOUR DAUGHTER [SIMONE, 8] ENJOY YOUR MOVIES?

When she comes to set, she's fascinated with the types of shots that are done, all the behind the scenes. She's heavily into Harry Potter, so we bond by watching that.

YOU'RE A HOCKEY PLAYER IN THIS MOVIE. HOW WAS THE SKATING?

I'd never been on the ice before—I grew up in the hockey hotbed of Hawaii [laughs]. The majority of the skating that you see in the movie is not me.

THIS IS YOUR THIRD KIDS' FILM—EVER GET GRIEF FROM YOUR WRESTLING BUDDIES?

They would love to be where I'm at. In the interest of entertaining people, they would do the same thing. And if that meant putting on a pink tutu, they would do it in a heartbeat.

FESS UP: BY NOW, ARE YOU ITCHING TO PLAY A FOUL-MOUTHED BAD BOY?

I play that guy every day. I just keep it at bay when kids are around!
