Late Tuesday, Lohan defended her former girlfriend against rumors that Ronson had been violent during their troubled relationship. "This is become a bit much*Samantha R never raised a hand to me, I've never said she did* Enough is Enough. Focus on other more important....World Issues," the actress, 23, tweeted.
Ronson apparently thanked Lohan, who in her next tweet, which was directed at the deejay, wrote "you are welcome ;)."
The Internet exchange followed an awkward scenario Monday night when Ronson was spinning at Teddy's at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Lohan showed up around 2 a.m. and left soon after but did not speak to Ronson, who "ignored her and made sure that she was blocked enough by friends that Lindsay couldn't come over to the booth to say anything to her," according to a clubgoer.
It was at least a more civil (and musical) scene than the previous week.
On Feb. 3, Lohan and Ronson got into a very public screaming match at the Tea Room in Hollywood – possibly spurring the rumors. The altercation ended with Lohan throwing a cigarette at her former flame, and Ronson storming off – taking the wires from the deejay table with her so there were no tunes in the Tea Room for 20 minutes.
