Chynna Phillips, of the pop group Wilson Phillips, has checked out of the facility where she was being treated for anxiety, says her manager.

"After successfully completing her in-patient treatment for anxiety, Chynna Phillips has happily returned home to celebrate her daughter's birthday with her family and close friends," her manager, Lizzie Grubman, said in a statement Saturday.

Phillips is the half-sister of Mackenzie Phillips, whose bomsbshell claims last fall about a sexual relationship with their father put the family into crisis. While Chynna was shaken by those claims, a source told PEOPLE at the time that her decision to seek treatment was based on "a combination of things."

Phillips checked into an undisclosed treatment facility for anxiety on Feb. 12, her 42nd birthday, and she left on on Friday. "She's happy to be home with her family," Grubman tells PEOPLE. "It was a positive experience for her. She's doing really well. She is in great spirits."

Phillips is home just in time to celebrate her daughter, Jamieson's 10th birthday. "Jamieson is having a slumber party tonight with her friends to celebrate her birthday," says Grubman. "Chynna is excited to be back with her kids and to celebrate her oldest child's birthday."

Phillips is married to Gossip Girl star Billy Baldwin. They have three children.

When Phillips checked into the facility, Grubman told PEOPLE: "With the full support of her family and friends, she is looking forward to her recovery."
