• Is it puppy love? Anne Hathaway and boyfriend Adam Shulman visited a Molly's Mutts & Meows pet adoption drive in West Hollywood over the weekend, possibly in search of a furry new friend. While the organization doesn't comment on potential pet adoptions, "Anne said she had one dog and was looking to adopt a second," a witness tells PEOPLE. The actress reportedly had her eyes on one special pooch, and asked workers several questions about its personality. Before leaving, she took down the organization's contact information to follow up on the pup.
• Atlantic City was the place to be Saturday night, thanks to a Jay-Z concert at the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa that drew several stars, including Stevie Wonder and Michael Phelps. The Olympic swimmer seemed to be in a good mood, "talking with fans and even posing for photos," according to a source. After the show, Phelps hit up club mur.mur, where Samantha Ronson deejayed and girls "swooned" over him.
• Bret Michaels flaunted his rock-star sex appeal in New York City – and fans mobbed him between press events for Celebrity Apprentice. "It was a combination of Poison fans, Rock of Love fans and college kids going insane," a source tells PEOPLE. "There was even a group of school kids in uniforms snapping pictures." As the insanity continued, a police officer escorted Michaels through the crowd to get to his car.
• Kelly Osbourne enjoyed a laid-back ladies' night on Friday at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont. "It seemed like there was a lot of gossiping going on, and Kelly was enjoying her time with the girls," an onlooker tells PEOPLE, adding that the reality starlet "looked fantastic and looked like she felt fantastic as well." Though she had a martini sitting in front of her, she was "on her best behavior" and didn't touch the drink.
