Have you cheated? Have you forgiven a straying spouse?

If so, Jenny McCarthy wants to hear from you. The actress-model-author is reaching out on her Twitter account for help with a book "on love and lust."

In addition to questions about fidelity, McCarthy asks, "How many girls have fantasized about being with another girl?" Warning to Twitter users: Your user name may appear in her book.

This latest tome would be McCarthy's seventh book. "It's a look inside sex and love," McCarthy tells PEOPLE. "And how we manipulate to get both."

She first penned her autobiography, Jen-X: Jenny McCarthy's Open Book in 1997, and has since released a series of best-selling books on motherhood and pregnancy. Most recently, McCarthy co-authored Healing and Preventing Autism: A Complete Guide with author Dr. Jerry Kartzinel.

No word yet if she's reached out to Tiger Woods or Jesse James for their input on her new literary adventure.
