What's your ideal date night with your husband?

We'd go downtown in Manhattan to a cool restaurant with friends. We'd never get farther than that because we would fall asleep. Oh, ideal date? Dinner with friends, an excellent movie, private karaoke room, massage, then we'd be put in a sleep chamber for 17 hours.

Any tips on multitasking for first-time moms?

JENNY DIRZO Mundelein, Ill.

You're gonna need help, so don't be shy getting it where you can. It's better that you sit down and spend time with your family than have all your hangers facing the same way in your closet. Let the unimportant stuff go.

What was it like to work with Steve Carell?

NAVDEEP CATTRY Valley Stream, N.Y.

I've been a fan of Steve's since we were in Chicago-I was a student at [comedy troupe] Second City when he was on the main stage. He is the loveliest, most calm, pleasant person. You couldn't ask for more, because when you make movies with someone, you have to see them every day at like 5:50 a.m.

You're turning 40 soon. What do you know now that you wish you'd known 20 years ago?

ROKY NYDAHL Portland, Ore.

Don't pick your zits.

For a self-professed high school geek, is looking hot on magazine covers delicious retribution?

I like having those to keep in a vault as proof that for five minutes a team of people got me to look like that. Retribution, I don't know. But fun.

On 30 Rock, Liz Lemon loves a good doughnut. How do you stay in shape?

VICTORIA LAVORINI St. Clairsville, Ohio

The great thing about being the producer is you have control. If I've been doughnut-ing it up, we just keep it from the waist up. I've been like, "That shot of me walking away from the camera? Take it out!"

She makes up songs. I heard her in her room singing to no one-and the best lyric was "I love you even when you're stinky." Which I thought was a pretty good lyric for a love song.

SUSAN SCHNEIDER Agoura Hills, Calif.

I don't care. I liked my Golden Globes dress! The funniest thing is, I don't look that stuff up afterward-and then I got an e-mail from [30 Rock's] Judah Friedlander saying, "I can't believe you were the worst dressed!"
