Lily Allen: I'm Not Pregnant – Yet

Lily Allen made headlines in the U.K. recently when she told a radio interviewer she wanted to take time off from her music career to have a baby. Then on Monday, she made them again, after stepping out in London sporting a baggy dress – and fueling rumors that she was, well, expecting.

Alas, the stork is not ready to pay Allen a visit – yet. After those pictures spread, the 25-year-old singer stopped the chatter by Tweeting, "I'm not pregnant. FYI."

In Dec. 2007, Allen announced she was expecting her first child with then-boyfriend Ed Simons. But in Jan. 2008, the singer revealed she had a miscarriage.

In the radio interview with Absolute Radio from last week, Allen, who is dating decorator Sam Cooper, said she understands motherhood would be a full-time job.



"I know what commitment it takes to release an album," said the singer. "I don't think that mixes well with the idea of settling down and having children, which is ultimately my main goal in life and more of a priority than flying around the world jumping up and down on stage singing songs."
