The Transformers star, 24, says she suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, which puts her in an uncomfortable position in public bathrooms and restaurants.
"This is a sickness, I have an illness," she tells Allure" in its June issue. "Every time someone uses a bathroom and they flush, all the bacteria is shot into the air."
And forget using restaurant silverware: "Putting my mouth where a million other mouths have been, just knowing all the bacteria that you carry in your mouth? Ucch!"
Not that Fox has anything against dirty words, given that she dropped the F-bomb two dozen times during her interview with the magazine (only six of which made print) as she shed light on such varied topics as past interviews to her cooking – which is not cooking at all.
"I was trying to be lighthearted and have a sense of humor," Fox says of her naughtiness with reporters. "But I have no desire to express it, really, anymore, because I've always been f---ed doing so."
And when it comes to Fox in the kitchen, "I'll starve to death before I'll cook for myself," she says. "I think I could survive a week without eating."
