After missing her court hearing last week, a judge ordered Lindsay Lohan to wear an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet – called a SCRAM device – which Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, argued would interfere with the starlet's ability to film her upcoming role.

Holley suggested that Lohan be subject to random alcohol testing. "It would allow her to make a living," Holley explained. The judge flatly denied the request.
