Charlie Sheen's expected sentencing to 30 days in jail and work duty at a community theater was postponed Monday, with a new hearing now set for July 12 in an Aspen court to resolve the actor's domestic violence case.
"We've hit a snag," Pitken County District Attorney Arnold Mordkin told E! Online.
There was no immediate word on what the issue was or why the sentencing, as part of a plea deal, didn't happen.
Sheen was arrested Dec. 25 after wife Brooke Mueller, 32, called 911, telling officers on the scene that Sheen pinned her down and held a knife to her throat.
