The Jersey Shore star was spotted pulling up his shirt all night – on the red carpet, onstage with Paula Deen and backstage with John Mayer.
Mayer turned in a scorching performance with Keith Urban during the show, but he'll have to do a few more sit-ups to match Sorrentino above the belt.
Deen, meanwhile, was suitably impressed by Sorrentino's abs, too. "Oh my goodness, I could grate cheese on that thing, y'all," she told the crowd.
And apparently the chef just couldn't get enough: She was also seen ogling the abs backstage with Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi looking on.
