Prince William once said he wouldn't wed until he was "28 or maybe 30." He hit the former milestone June 21, but rather than announcing that he and girlfriend Kate Middleton, 28, would tie the knot, he spent the day flying a Sea King helicopter at his base, RAF Valley, in North Wales, a day after his return from Africa. (A hopeful sign, wedding-wise: The pair were recently seen grocery shopping together.) Harry, 25, seems even further from tying the knot; his Zimbabwean girlfriend Chelsy Davy, 24, is moving to South Africa soon, a decision that prompted rumors of a split. "They're still together," a source tells PEOPLE. Says Majesty magazine's Ingrid Seward: "They'll make it work. They're terribly in love."
