Don't worry, Colin Farrell isn't letting himself go – or taking cues from Tom Cruise's hairstylist. The Irish actor, 34, is rocking a beer belly and combover for his new flick, Horrible Bosses, which is currently filming in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. (It also stars Jennifer Aniston.)
Cruise, 48, meanwhile, convincingly bulked up – and thinned out – do as the fictitious Hollywood honcho Les Grossman in Tropic Thunder, a role he recently revived during a dance off with J.Lo at the MTV Movie Awards.
