Lindsay Lohan Leaves Sober Living House

Lindsay Lohan is making her way to a Beverly Hills court to surrender to authorities and begin serving her 90-day sentence for violating probation in a DUI case.

The actress, 24, left Pickford Lofts, a sober-living facility where she had been staying since last Wednesday, at around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning and returned to her West Hollywood condo with her mother Dina and ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Lohan and her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, are expected to head to court from her condo, with a police escort. Her father, Michael Lohan, had already arrived at the courthouse.

Lohan is expected to serve only a fraction of the full sentence due to overcrowding.
