Caught in the Act!

• Justin Timberlake, stepping out for a late dinner at the opening of Strawberry's Sports Grill, former MLB star Darryl Strawberry's new restaurant in Queens, N.Y. The actor, who took a break from shooting Friends with Benefits, rolled up around 10:30 p.m. and settled into a booth with three others, including best bud Trace Ayala. The singer-actor, sporting a Johnny Cash T-shirt, munched on a turkey burger and fries. Also there: Ali Fedotowsky, Nick Swisher and his fiancée Joanna Garcia.

• Recently single Kelly Osbourne snuck onto the patio at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont with a girlfriend. The starlet was huddled up in a blue-gray jacket and scarf, as she camped out in a remote section of the patio with her pal, picking at some food, sharing drinks and chatting well past midnight.

• Also at the Chateau: Jon Hamm, who blew onto the patio to greet a trio of old friends. The three spent hours catching up as Hamm relaxed in his chair, smoked a little and drank some beers.

• Rosario Dawson, dining at Katsuya Brentwood with a large group of 12, including her friend Wilmer Valderrama. The group sat in the Dragon Room for almost three hours dining on king crab legs, black cod and crispy rice.
