The actress and mom says she loves preparing food for her brood but knows all about the pitfalls of trying to please all of them, all of the time.
"The problem with my packed lunches is everybody is very, very outspoken about what they want, so it becomes – I often say, 'I'm not a waitress!' " Jolie, 35, told the British morning show GMTV this week.
And difficult as it is right now, Jolie knows it won't be getting any easier as the kids grow up. "We go through so much food," she says. "And they're still little. So, I can imagine it's going to get worse."
Still, she wouldn't have it any other way, saying her "lovely little people" – now between the ages of 9 and 2 – bring a "beautiful chaos" to her and partner Brad Pitt's home life.
Jolie, who's in Europe to promote her spy thriller Salt, has also been addressing more weighty topics. After speaking earlier this week about the urgency of bringing aid to flood victims in Pakistan, she has now personally donated $100,000 to the cause.
