Just as the
Julia Roberts movie hops around the globe, this album is all over the map-opera one minute, world music the next. And while the ride can be a bit jarring, there's plenty to savor along the way, from the classic rock and R&B of Neil Young, Mavin Gaye and Sly & the Family Stone to the bossa nova of Bebel and Joao Gilberto. Also included: the new Eddie Vedder tune "Better Days," an exotic journey far from Seattle.
