While doing a session with a string section for the new record [Speak Now, due Oct. 25], I tried out cello. The sound was so inspiring-so full. It can make you cry. It just emotes-it's like it has feelings.
I love the Nashville Predators, and I love going to hockey games. But I get stressed out when they start fighting, and I talk to myself: "Please, don't get hurt!"
I'm sort of blind, so contact lenses changed my life. I got contacts when I was in my first year of high school, and it was pretty wonderful.
I'm a big believer in gummy vitamins. They taste excellent, and they make me feel like I'm 7 again.

Floating seaweed in the ocean: If you get it on your foot, you immediately think it's a creature. And even after you realize it's just seaweed, it's still slimy and gross.
