Sofia Vergara gushes about her hospitalized boyfriend, posting a TwitPic to prove that not even surgery after a serious car accident could rob Nick Loeb of his looks.

"How can someone look so handsome after 6 hrs in an operating room???!!!!" the Modern Family actress Tweeted Wednesday. "luv uuu♥♥♥."

Vergara, 38, is said to be tired but "doing better" as she copes with her 35-year-old beau's drive off a cliff last Tuesday that landed him in UCLA Medical Center's ICU.
