Kat Von D may be in love with boyfriend Jesse James – but she is not expecting his child.

"They've only been dating for a few weeks. She is not pregnant. That's absolutely absurd," her rep tells PEOPLE.

Earlier this week, online reports surfaced speculating that the L.A. Ink star could be pregnant after a photo revealed a possible baby bump.

While there is no baby on the way, the couple are serious about their relationship. Asked if she thinks the motorcycle mogul is "The One" for her, Von D told PEOPLE recently: "I believe he is."
