"Do you have your divorce papers?" he asks.
Her response? "Holy balls! Are you serious right now?" The bride-to-be seems didn't realize that she can't get married without a marriage license and she can't get a marriage license with out the papers.
When the subject changes to her dream location, the Four Seasons Restaurant, and whether it's been locked down, Rabideau offers to take over some of the decision-making.
"Can we do this, because I know you've got a lot going on," he says. "Can I basically take control and would you trust me to make some of these decisions?"
But Bethenny won't budge. "As far as flowers, I need to see them. As far as linens, I need to see them. As far as chairs, I need to see them," she says. "Cake, I'd like to taste it. I'd like to pick the menu."
Maybe she can talk to a therapist about control issues. Bethenny Getting Married? airs Thursday (10 p.m. EST) on Bravo.
Tell us: Is Bethenny too controlling to have a wedding planner or is she the perfect hands-on bride with help?
