Don't get too excited, Real Housewives of New Jersey – and real estate – fans: Teresa Giudice's famous, $1.7 million home is not on the market, despite reports that she had listed it with a realtor.
"Huge news correction. I'm telling you guys first and directly...My House is not for sale," Giudice, 38, Tweeted on Friday.
In a real estate posting that was widely circulated, the Towaco, N.J., mansion owned by Giudice and her husband Joe was reportedly listed for a profit – at $3.999 million.
The description of the property spoke of a 3.77-acre lot where "privacy and tranquility reigns." The 16-room house was said to have six bedrooms, five and a half baths, three fireplaces, a master bedroom with full bath, steam shower, Jacuzzi, dressing room, fireplace and walk-in closet, a game room, a wine room, an exercise room and maid's quarters.
According to the listing, which was pulled from Realtor.com Friday morning, it was furnished with "marble, tile and wood floors throughout."
And though the report draws attention to the Giudices recent bankruptcy filing and more than $8 million in liabilities, Giudice didn't seem offended by public curiosity, Tweeting, "Sorry if you were dreaming of moving in w/ me." –Charlotte Triggs
