Flashback: Erin Andrews’s Dancing Past Revealed!

05/10/2010 at 12:00 AM EDT

Watch out, Maksim! Before Erin Andrews competed on Dancing with the Stars, the ESPN correspondent learned how to strut her stuff from another master.

A sporty-looking Andrews -- then in her early 20s -- appears in star choreographer Darrin Henson's Darrin's Dance Grooves training video, featuring music by 'N Sync and Britney Spears from their heyday. Andrews is seen surrounded by other enthusiastic dancers as they study Henson's hip moves.

The decade-old tape teaches Henson's "unique, street-style dance steps" used in the pop stars' videos. In addition to dancing, Andrews is seen giving a thumbs-up testimonial in the video, which was first posted by Deadspin.com. "When you're watching this choreography, you just wanna get up and do it with them," the excited student says.
