The Bachelor contestant Ashley Elmore, who donned a flight attendant's uniform for pilot Jake Pavelka, didn't get a rose on this week's episode, but she did get an earful about controversial costar Rozlyn Papa.

Elmore, who was eliminated in the competition's second week, spoke with reporters Thursday and says she witnessed flirting between Papa and a producer for the ABC show. While Papa has said she and the producer are only friends, host Chris Harrison said the pair had a "physical relationship" that resulted in both their dismissals.

Elmore heard her costars say they saw Rozlyn "snuggling" and "cuddling" with the producer, including lying on a couch with her hand on his thigh.

"There were red flags," Elmore says. "No one thought a sexual affair was happening but they thought it was serious enough to bring to the attention of the producers." Elmore says some contestants defended Rozlyn and some didn't – and the subject became emotional, dividing the house.

As for Elmore, she is happily back at her high school as a teacher in Fairfax, Va., where students have besieged her for autographs. She returns having learned lessons of her own from the incident with Papa. "Be true to yourself," she says. "Rozlyn caused severe damage to her reputation. Your actions can have severe repercussions."

As for Jake, "He's a great guy," she says. "I want him to be happy, even if it's not with me."
