Susan Boyle may be jumping across the pond.

The breakout star of Britain's Got Talent, who captured the attention of the entire world when her video of her audition went viral, has been invited to perform on the U.S. version of the show.

America's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan spoke with reporters Tuesday and said the Scottish songstress is welcome to perform on the NBC talent competition.

"If she's up for it and she is well enough," said Morgan, "our feeling is she probably will appear on AGT. Absolutely!"

Boyle, who was briefly hospitalized for exhaustion in a clinic in London after she landed in second place on the British competition, has returned to performing, and Simon Cowell, who produces both the American and British versions of the show, plans to bring her to the American stage, Morgan said.

"Susan singing live to 25 million Americans? That would be great!" Morgan said, adding that, "she still gets a bit tired sometimes, but she is 48." Performing in America would be a good match, according to her brother John Boyle, who said that 95 percent of his sister's fan mail comes from the U.S.
