Spencer Says Kristin Cavallari Will ‘Bring the Drama’ To The Hills
"We lost one member," Pratt says of Lauren Conrad's decision to leave the show. "But we gained one that counts as two."
Pratt, who spoke to PEOPLE at the T-Mobile Sidekick LX party in Hollywood on Thursday, is referring to drama queen Kristin Cavallari, Conrad's former nemesis on MTV's Laguna Beach, who will join the show when it returns for season 6.
The newlywed, who was introduced to Montag by Cavallari (who caught the bouquet at their wedding), called her upcoming debut, a "new beginning," for the show and made sure to take some parting shots at Conrad. "We're gaining everything with Kristin, she's going to bring the drama," Spencer says, "All we did was lose a girl that didn't date on our show."
Cavallari, 22, who spoke to Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show Friday, jokingly apologized for introducing the couple and admitted she is, in fact, "on the manhunt" -- and willing to let Hills producers play cupid.
"They'll introduce me to guys and if goes somewhere, they'll follow it," said Cavallari, who reminisced about dating Hills hottie Brody Jenner, but firmly denied ever romancing Audrina Patridge's ex Justin Bobby.
When Seacrest asked her which current Hills star she is attracted to, she said, "None of them."
Besides possibly falling in love (or breaking hearts), Kristin knows exactly her job will be on The Hills. "They want me to come in and stir up drama -- and I'm good for it," admitted Cavallari, adding that her focus will be on "drinking, fighting, hooking up -- all that fun stuff." -- By Reagan Alexander and Suzanne ZuckermanJill Johnson/JPI, Dimitrios Kambouris/WireImage
