Elisabeth Hasselbeck, in Los Angeles this week to shoot her daytime talk show The View, was one of the first celebs to take her seat in the audience. Dressed in an eye-popping lime green jacket, Hasselbeck was all smiles as she signed the back of several Idol tickets for fans.

Hell’s Kitchen host Gordon Ramsay was the last celeb to arrive. He didn’t arrive until after Jorge Nunez’s performance of "Never Can Say Goodbye," which occurred three-quarters of the way through the two-hour show. And the sharp-tongued chef didn’t stay in his front-row seat for long. During the next commercial break, he was up to greet David and Victoria Beckham's three young sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, who were seated (with grandma and a body guard) away from the cameras in the back of the studio, where they cheered enthusiastically for Megan Corkrey’s "Rockin’ Robin."

Talk about an amicable breakup! Even though he told Ryan he's single, Simon’s ex Terri Seymour, who still covers the show for Extra and L.A.’s Fox affiliate KTTV, accompanied Cowell on his smoke breaks outside the studio during several commercial breaks.

A trio of former Idols -- Justin Guarini, Chikezie and Phil Stacey -- were also in the crowd. Season 1 runner-up Guarini, who snagged a prime second-row seat, recently became engaged and said that he and fiancee Reina Capodici, whom he's known since high school, were planning a wedding for later this year. Season 7’s Chikezie and season 6’s Stacey -- who are about to embark on the American Stars in Concert: Spring Break tour along with fellow former Idols Melinda Doolitte and Gina Glocksen -- attended Tuesday’s show together. "I’m a huge Anoop fan!" Chikezie shared before the North Carolina native took the stage. Stacey was one of the first on his feet -- just behind Paula Abdul -- to dance and sing along to Danny Gokey’s performance of "PYT." -- Shawna MalcomM Becker/American Idol 2009/Getty
